We utilize trusted and efficient courier services in South Africa, known for their extensive experience in delivering goods promptly.

 

How Long Will Your Order Take To Arrive?

The majority of IN STOCK products are fulfilled within 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days if the product needs to be ordered.

 

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Delivery charges are based on the total order weight and will be calculated at checkout.

 

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

If we are installing the product for you, we will ship the order directly to the local installer. They will then schedule an installation date and bring the product(s) on that day.

For self-assembly, larger equipment will be safely delivered via courier. Once the order reaches the local depot, they will contact you to provide the delivery date. Please note that as we handle heavy and bulky items, our carriers may require your assistance during offloading. The delivery driver will not be able to enter your premises, so please ensure you have adequate support when the product arrives.

Smaller items will be shipped via courier, and you will receive text/email updates directly from the courier.

If you have any specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

  • Some remote areas may require a delivery quotation. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to charge for any additional unforeseen costs.

 

What Happens When I Receive My Order?

If your item is delivered by courier, a signature will be required. We advise you to carefully check the packaging for any obvious damage before signing for your order. If you notice any damage, please indicate it on the delivery note when you sign.

In some cases, the outer packaging of heavier items may sustain damage during transit. This typically does not impact the actual product, as the packaging serves its purpose of protecting your item.
